一、Character：

●      Filter functions
It has adjusted multi-level digital filter function for electromagnetic and mechanical vibration to the stray interference wave. According to different purposes, adjust the filter, control the vibration of the mechanical system, due to improve and ensure high-speed and accurately measuring.
 
● Simple calibration function
Adopt digital span mode to simplify the initial operation process.
 
● Mixture function
Can record formula data of ten different raw, then each formula can control sixteen species of material feeding speeding. While XK3201 (F701P/PD) can control surge bin and mixer of the mixing system. It also can set bin discharging time, mix time and mixer discharging time. Each data of setting value, the modifier, the accumulated ,etc are stored in the FRAM (nonvolatile ferroelectric memory ), even electricity failure , also can record the mixture state in the process, due to continue to record on the breakpoint after electricity again.
 
l      Sequential control function
 Except mixture, this controller can control many forms of sequence control, such as reduced scales, weightless scales, check scale, etc.
 
● Recover factory parameters
All displays can be recovered. (Except collation)
 
l      Digital calibration function
It can be completed by using front panel keys.
 
l      Large power supply voltage range
Choose to use in the range of 187 ~ 242V
 
l      Many external interface（indicate when ordering）
Through the Communication output RS- 232C or RS - 485, D/A converter etc agreement of MODB US or ASCII US can be connected conveniently with PC or program generator etc and the whole production line easily composed of process control and real-time monitoring. l       Self-checking function
Instruments added static and dynamic self-checking function then it can reflect the weighing system state through the screen, and timely warning. All these made instrument operation and maintenance greatly convenience. Refer to: self-checking function

You can know the equipment running state and error warning messages, through the characters and cursor tip in production process.
 
l      Standby output switch functions
