Malting equipment, the latest invention of our company, is designed for small and medium-sized malting company. Totally different from traditional malting system, this machine has saved multi-storied construction for barley soaking and kilning, and the brick-mixed construction of germination box as well as the transforming of the raw materials from barley soaking to germination then to kilning part. Therefore, production cost is greatly reduced and production efficiency is improved. This malting system includes screening and clearing machines, malting unity machines, blowers, hot-air generators, deculming machines, polishing machines and packing machine, the machine can not only improve the working environment but also simplify the production control. What's more, the machine can greatly raise the quality of the malt.
