Non-muffle mesh-belt furnace

1.       Comparing with muffle type, its furnace hearth is made of impervious carbon bricks, so its service life is long.

2.       Without shield of muffle, heat efficiency of the furnace is improved.

3.       Fan and air guide supercharging device are installed in the furnace, so as to ensure gas atmosphere circulates in the furnace and keep even temperature.

4.       Heated by electric heating radiator, its thermal efficiency is high. Heating elements can be replaced at thermal state.

5.       Various prepared gas atmosphere or drip gas atmosphere can be used for bright quenching, sheet carburization or carbonitriding.

6.       Water, oil or fused salt quenching tank can be equipped and is applicable for various processes.

7.       Microcomputer carbon potential control cabinet can be equipped so as to realize full program control of carbon potential, temperature and process. It is featured in high degree of automation, high control precision, high reproductively, and clean working environment.

8.       Roller belt type structure drives advance of mesh belt through rotation of roller. The roller rotates constantly at high temperature and is featured in low deformation and little maintenance. Tension of the roller to drive mesh belt is small, and deformation is low, so service life of mesh belt will be longer than that of the plate belt type.

9.       Plate belt structure is mainly used to non-muffle furnace when mesh belt is less than 600mm wide. Roller belt type is applicable for mesh belts with a wide scope of width and depth, and its specifications are more.
