Application :

Flat die pellet mills are generally used for pellet production on a small to medium scale. Flat die pellet mills can process a wide range of biomass materials, for a range of applications which include wood, straws, grasses and other biomass residues. And also for animal feedstuff . 

Raw material for the pellet mill must have passed through sufficient size reduction before it can be placed in the pellet mill. The raw material must have a particle size of 3-5mm or below.

Heart parts-- die and roller are made by high alloy steel wear resistant material according to different materials ,in order to have longer work lifetime . 

With double layer dies , up and down dual-use, reduce buyer s cost, so it can reach high capacity , also energy saving .
