The 5XZ specific gravity separator is specific for Seed Company and enhancing the seed germination rate. From the seed company request, the seed processing only by windsieve and vibratory sieve are not enough, so we develop the sixth generation of seed precise selecting machine.

This machine is specially meant for removing impurities and achieving very high grading quality in any free flowing granular materials. Grains and all types of seeds spices etc. It removes the impurities and upgrade the material on the principal of specific weight.

Specific gravity separator is used to classify materials according to density or specific gravity. This is important when seed and/or impurities are similar in size but different in density. The separator uses a vibrating perforated deck that can be tilted in two directions at various pitches. Air moving through the perforated deck separates the seed and any impurities by weight as the deck oscillates.

As the materials are classified, they move into appropriate slots or containers. The windsieve cleaner grader is helpful in removing excessive impurities before using the specific gravity separator. Seed of the same species can be separated into various size-weight classes, and many species can be cleaned to 98 or better percent purity with a gravity specific separator.

This machine is according to segregation phenomenon of granule and density under fluidization process, for achieve materials delaminating and mutual exchange, at the same time the wind pressure and amplitude need be adjusted. The heavy material will fall, the light material will rise, after enter material-falling zone, the different specific gravity materials will come out from different outlet, that for achieve better separating and selecting.

This machine widely uses in the seed processing and the agricultural products processing, has good separating effects on grain seed, tree seed, cotton seed, oilseed, vegetable seed and so on, it can remove blighted seed, budding seed, damaged seed (by insect), rotten seed, deteriorated seed, moldy seed, non-viable seed, seed with black powder sick and seed with shell, at the same time the geometry size is smaller than the 2mm objects can be removed as well, such as grass seed, sand, gravel, soil block and so on.

Finally the vigor and viable seed will be obtained, after the selecting of specific gravity separators, and the seed germination rate and cleaning degree will increase as well. This machine is good for the seeds of wheat, maize, paddy rice, cotton, sorghum, legumes, rape, vegetables, Chinese pine, larch, spruce and so on.
