Guangdong Zhongyi Heavy Industry Co. Ltd is an outstanding privately-owned technical enterprise established in 1987. It is one of the earliest enterprises in five main provinces in Southern China which is capable of manufacturing taper steel poles. At present, our company is one of the biggest producing and processing bases for taper steel poles, cranes and galvanizing of metal products in Southern China. We are also one of the implementation enterprises of first batch of environmental friendly galvanizing project with CFC, which is the Experimental Research Training Center of galvanizing for Southern China University , as well as a major enterprise of Equipment & Manufacture Industrial in Zhongshan City.
 
Our company has the capability to manufacturing about  20categories and 100 types of products: Street Lighting Poles, Floodlighting Poles, Trolley Bus Poles, Antennae Poles, Traffic Light Poles, Signboard Poles, Transmission Line Poles, T-Shaped Advertisement Board Poles, Garden Poles, Viewing Towers, Gas Pipes, Petroleum pipes and Steel Structures for port & harbour cranes equipment etc; Our annual manufacturing capacity for steel poles has exceeded 30,000 tons, annual processing capacity of hot dipping galvanizing reached 100,000 tons, and annual production capacity of large-scale port machinery and bridge cranes reached 80sets .Our products are also exported to USA, Canada, Australia, and many Asian countries.
 
In 2001, our company was accredited ISO9001:2000 Quality Management system by Hongkong Quality Authority; In 2002, our three products achieved five national patents.  We are also awarded the manufacturing qualification of transmission steel tube for 220KV electricity by Tower Quality Testing Center of National Ministry of Power Industry. In 2005, our company obtained Installation, Modification and Maintenance Licence Class B (for bridge crane and gantry crane) and Class A (for portal crane). In 2006, our company achieved CWB Welding Qualification by Canada Welding Authority. As a private technical enterprise in Guangdong Province, our company has been regarded as Enterprise with Well Performance in Following the Contract and Agreements continuously for 11 years, evaluated as Class A taxpayer by State Tax Bureau, being ranked first batch of integrity enterprise in Zhongshan City, and also received many reputation titles like membership of Corrosion Protection & Surface Engineering Association etc. Zhongyi Brand has a good reputation among same performance enterprises and numerous clients.
 
Our company is headquartered in urban area Zhongshan city, which has two production bases (HengLan base is for steel lighting poles and the ShenWan base is for port cranes) and one Lighting exhibition square for lighting products showing.  There are more than 60 experienced technical staff and 500 qualified skilled workers in our company. Our company invested and set up five product lines---cranes (port & harbour machine), steel lighting poles, steel structures, galvanizing, painting & powder coating. We have the best optimized resource among this domestic industry. Our company is equipped with more than 150 sets of production equipments,  including the most advanced Germany Messer CNC plasma cutter (19mLong 5m Wide), 3,200Tonnes CNC press brake of Belgian joint venture, submerged-arc welding line ( 19m Long 5m Wide), the biggest hot dipping galvanizing pool (13.5m Long 2.25m Wide 3m Deep. The Single-piece lifting capacity is up to 40 tons, which is the largest single-lifting tonnage among all domestic production lines) and oven-bake paint line(16m Long 2.5m High). With these advanced machineries, we are able to fabricate steel poles with dimensions up to 30mm thickness, 16m length and 6m diameter.
 
Over 20 years after our establishment, Zhongyi company has obtained significant achievements in many aspects like marketing, quality control, society benefit, economy benefit etc. We have close technical cooperation with Wuhan university of Technology, South China University of Technology etc., combining with our experiences over 20 years in manufacture, installation and maintenance. Our productions are getting diversified and large-scale. For our original products, we made a high investment on Heavy Equipment Manufacturing Cranes. Until now, we have already successfully made out the series of JLQ3545 of MQ4535 portal cranes which accepted by  by Technical Supervision Bureau. Meanwhile, we also achieved Installation, Modification and Maintenance Licence Class B (for bridge crane and gantry crane) and Class A (for portal crane).
