Product Details
Albendazole is a broad spectrum dewormer which belongs to the group of Benzimidazole-derivatives. It is active against gastro-intestinal roundworms, lungworms and tapeworms in cattle, sheep and goats. Worminex 2.5% liquid is also active against eggs of roundworms and liver flukes (not against immature liver flukes).
Indications
Prophylactics and treatment of worm infections in cattle, calves, sheep and goats like:

Bunostomum, Cooperia, Chabertia, Haemonchus, Nematodirus, Oesophagostomum, Ostertagia, Strongyloides and Trichostrongylus spp. |

Liver-fluke |
: |
Adult Fasciola hepatica. |

Lung worms |
: |
Dictyocaulus viviparus and D. filaria. |
|
Tapeworms |
: |
Moniezia spp. |
Contra-indications
Administration in the first 45 days of gestation.

For oral administration.

1 ml. per 5 kg. bodyweight. |

1 ml. per 2.5 kg. bodyweight. |

Medicated water should be used within 24 hours.
