Features
1. Knife press buffer mechanism: lift the press knife out of the electrode plate slightly before it exits,avoiding pull of the electrode plate.
2. The separator is actively unwound, tension control, rectifying the deviation in the whole process, eliminating static electricity, and effectively ensuring the alignment accuracy of the separator.
3. Multiple measures are taken to effectively control the phenomenon of multiple pieces and missing pieces: blow mechanism of material box, split brush, external sucker robot hand shake piece
