1. Are you factory direct?
Yes, we are a professional led street light manufacturer in China for many years. We can also provide OEM&ODM service to you with competitive wholesale price.
2. How to get samples?
Just send an Email and tell us what model and how many pcs you need. We could help you prepare samples in 3 days, shipped by DHL, Fedex, UPS, TNT, or as you request. Please inform us your detail address and contact number before delivery.
3. What is your trade term?
Payment: TT, Western Union and Paypal. We accept 30% deposit upon order confirmation and 70% balance before shipment.
4. How long will it take to receive the order?
The standard shipping time for orders shipped via UPS ground is 7-15 days. Some items can arrive in a shorter period of time. Special request for overnight and second day air freight are accepted at customers’ expense.
5. How about the warranty?
We offer 5 years warranty. All products have to comply with our strict QC tests before shipment.
