Vacuum system

1. Generally, the tw-1.5a single-stage pump is used to roughly vacuum and drive the gas out of the furnace tube.

2. Two-stage pump 2XZ-2 vacuum pump can pump the vacuum of tubular furnace tube to about 10Pa.

3. Vs-0.1 vacuum system can pump the vacuum degree of tube furnace to 0.1Pa (with resistance vacuum gauge display).

4. VS high vacuum system (the system is composed of molecular and mechanical pump) can pump the vacuum degree in the tube furnace to 10-3 Pa.

5. Constant pressure pump (the system can control the pressure in the tube at -100.0kPa ~ 100.0kpa).

6. British (INFICON) capacitive vacuum gauge (measuring range: 3.8 x10-5-1125 Torr, can detect all kinds of gases, including mixed gases, accurate measurement, good repeatability, optional anti-corrosion type PCG554)
