The 1756-OX8I is an product intended for use with the ControlLogix platform. This module is a Relay output module that consists of Eight (8) Normally Open (N.O) and Eight (8) Normally Closed (N.C) individually isolated contacts.As this is a contact output module, each contact may be individually wired with an AC Voltage with range of 10 - 240 VAC or DC Voltage range of 5 to 125VDC. This enables the module to energize output devices operating at different voltage categories.
The output channels of this module are individually isolated however, it may also be wired as a non-isolated relay output module. This is done by simply shorting the L1 connections of the Removable Terminal Block (RTB) with the use of 1756-JMPR or a 3rd party jumper conductor.
