Belt Color Sorter Working Principle

Coffee cherry color sorting machine use a combination of cameras and computer algorithms to detect the color of the coffee cherries. The machine then uses air jets to separate out any cherries that are not the desired color. This process is repeated until all of the cherries have been sorted into their respective colors.
