IPS LCD screen has been widely used, why is TN LCD in using still now?
ANSWER:
The TN screen is a simpler technology, easy to produce and cheap, but some users were reluctant to replace it, which led to the original tft factory still producing and supplying it.
However, as more and more users replace TN to IPS screens, the demand for TN screens will be decreased. Due to the numbers of TN screen, the manufacturing cost of TN screen will rise, and the price advantage of TN panels will be lost.
IPS LCD screen has been the main product of most TFT manufacturers, I believe that the users will eventually choose IPS screen in the near future.
