Color Sorter Working Principle
Rice Colour Sorting Machine use a combination of optical and mechanical sorting technologies to separate rice grains based on their color. The process begins with the rice being fed into the machine, where it is scanned by a high-resolution camera. The camera takes multiple images of each grain, which are then analyzed by a computer. The computer then compares the images to a predetermined set of criteria and determines whether or not the grain should be sorted. If it meets the criteria, an air jet is used to blow the grain out of the machine into a designated container. This process is repeated for each grain until all of them have been sorted according to their color.
