Description:
A highly efficient filtration net is constructed by laminating high-grade cotton gauze – processed with a special adhesive – between two layers of epoxy-coated aluminum mesh. The net achieves effective entrapment of hazardous pollutants including dust and sand particles, boasting an initial filtration efficiency of more than 98.5% in line with ISO 5011 testing criteria. In comparison to traditional paper filters, it features a higher airflow rate, which contributes to the optimization of low-speed torque and high-speed horsepower in large-displacement naturally aspirated engines.
