4.5 inch diamond grinding cup wheel for concrete

4.5 inch (115mm) diamond grinding cup wheel is designed for fast and long lifespan grinding for concrete, urethene, epoxy, adhesives and residues. They are more aggressive and longer lasting than most diamond grinding cup wheels in the market. Because we adopt silver welding and brazing technology , and adopt the double row segments, they will make the grinding life 3 times longer than common diamond grinding cup wheel. Diamond particles are ultra strong and have three times the surface area of mono crystalline particles (diamond), Will not load up or smear the coating like a diamond grinding cup wheel.

We provide soft, medium hardness and hard bond for different concrete. The hard segment is ideal for removing heavy coating. The  segment is extremely  aggressive ,remove adhesives, coating and lippage, taking the floor from coarsely structured surface to pre-polishing.
