Q1 . Do you offer FREE Samples if I want to buy your products?
Sorry that Dialead doesnot offer the free samples as we believe clients value more on those products they paid for.
Meanwhile, it is a big burden for our company if we send free samples to thousands of clients all over the world.
Q2 . If we make the payment, how long you will make the shipment?
For Polishing abrasives, usually 5 to 7 days will be enough for us to make the delievery.
For normal cutting blade, 5 to 7 days will be enough for us to make the delievery. but for special cutting blade like Silent cutting blade or high thickness cutting blade, we may need 10 more days as it takes more time to prepare the special steel blank body.
For profiling tools like core drill bits, drum wheel, profiling wheel, diamond grinding wheel etc, it will take 14 days for us to finish the production.
Q3. How many sqft your 2mtr segments can cut on Indian Tan Brown Material?
For our 2mtr segments, we have one formula which can cut around 2100 sqft Tan Brown Material. We can cut around 2500sqft on white granite materials.
