Kneading time is adjustable at 5 variable settings(5mins, 7mins, 9mins, 13mins and 15mins), just press twice “dough” button with left light flash for time selection.

Fermenting for leaven dough on 40℃ and time is adjustable from 15mins up to 105mins, just press twice “ferment” button with right light flash for time selection.

Kneading & fermenting function can be adjust together with respectively time selection, machine will complete kneading operation and continue fermenting automatically.

Stop function can be operated at any time during the process.
