The Allen-Bradley 1336F-BRF100-AA-EN-L6 Plus II Adjustable Frequency AC Drive is used for control of 3-phase motors in processes involving speed control. The drive’s rating is 7.5kW (10 HP), with an operational voltage range of 380 to 480V AC or 513 to 620V DC, and its acceptable input range is - 10%to +10%. The drive also has a frequency tolerance range of 48 to 62Hz, with a displacement power factor of 0.95 and an efficiency of 97.5%. Its maximum short-circuit rating is 200,000A (RMS), 600V when it is used with an AC line 20A Time Delay Fuse. The 1336F-BRF100-AA-EN-L6 also has a variable torque input power of 17.1 to 20.7KVA at 26A, and a variable torque output power of 19.9KVA at 25A, and it offers an AC input overvoltage trip of 570V AC and an AC input under voltage of 280V AC. The 1336F-BRF100-AA-EN-L6 provides a microprocessor high-temperature trip through an installed heatsink thermistor which is regulated digitally, and it has an overcurrent trip limit of 20 to 160% of the rated current which is also monitored digitally. It provides a transient line protection up to 6000V, with voltage surge protection and phase-to-phase and phase-to-ground protection using the factory-installed Metal Oxide Varistor (MOV).
The 1336F-BRF100-AA-EN-L6 drive uses a sensorless vector control to give exceptional torque speed even at a slow motor speed of 15rpm, and it uses the standard volt per hertz control with full custom capabilities for control. It produces a sine-coded pulse modulated control signal with a programming frequency range of 2 to 8Hz, and it has a programming output frequency range of 0 to 400Hz which is proportional to the output voltage. The 1336F-BRF100-AA-EN-L6 has both digital and analog control inputs with an accuracy rating within +-0.51% and +-0.4% of the maximum output frequency, and it offers users 2 programmable acceleration and deceleration times that can be programmed from 0 to 3,600 seconds with 0.1-second increments. It has exceptional overload capabilities of 115% for a minute and of 150% for 3 seconds, it is equipped with a 115V AC control interface option (L6) with high = true logic operation, for additional convenience and adaptability. The drive has a compact design with unique IP20 (NEMA 1) enclosed protection, designed to function at a maximum altitude of 1000m, and it has English as its default language option. The 1336F-BRF100-AA-EN-L6 has an operating temperature range of 0 to 40 degrees C (32 to 104 degrees F) and its storage temperature is -40 to 70 degrees C (-40 to 158 degrees F). The drive weighs approximately 22.7Kg with a total volume of 276.4mm x 476.3mm x 225.0mm and with UL, CE, and CSA certification.
