All-Round Protective Grade - Puncture Resistant Super Strength PE Stretch Film

This High Stretch Pallet Wrapping Film is made from carefully selected low-density polyethylene as the raw material and processed through professional blown film technology. It achieves a longitudinal stretch rate of 300%-500% and a lateral stretch rate of 200%-300%. When wound under appropriate tension, it generates a strong restoring force that tightly conforms to various shapes of goods (including loose and irregularly shaped items), creating a unified wrapping effect. This effectively prevents goods from shifting or scattering during transportation, offering far superior fixation stability compared to traditional packaging.

Core Product Characteristics

Engineered for high-volume logistics, this Super-Strength PE Stretch Film is manufactured using premium linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE) via advanced cast/blown extrusion technology. It boasts an exceptional longitudinal elongation rate of 300%-500%. This high-yield stretch capability allows users to wrap more pallets with less film, significantly reducing material costs.

The multi-layer structure provides superior puncture resistance, making it ideal for securing heavy, irregular, or sharp-edged loads (such as building materials or machinery parts). Its strong "elastic memory" creates a powerful restoring force that tightly binds the load, preventing shifting or toppling during transit. Unlike fabric-specific films, this grade prioritizes load containment and impact resistance for general warehousing and shipping.

Logistics Challenges vs. Our Solutions

Comparison Aspect Standard/Economy Films Super-Strength LLDPE Film
Load Stability Film relaxes over time; pallet loads shift, lean, or collapse during truck transport. High elastic memory maintains constant tension, locking goods firmly to the pallet.
Material Cost (Yield) Low stretch ability means you use more layers of film to secure a single pallet. Up to 500% pre-stretch capability means 1 roll does the work of 3 standard rolls.
Tear Resistance Easily punctures on sharp corners (boxes, wood crates), leading to total wrap failure. Multi-layer metallocene structure resists propagation of tears, even on sharp corners.
Sustainability High volume of plastic waste generated per pallet wrapped. Source reduction: Using thinner, stronger film reduces total plastic consumption by up to 40%.
Usage Guidelines

Stretching limit: Do not exceed the recommended stretch rate (500%). While the film is highly elastic, over-stretching may compromise the containment force and cause "necking-down" (width reduction).

Temperature recovery: In cold environments (below 5°C), the film's cling properties may reduce temporarily. Move rolls to a room temperature environment (15°C-25°C) for 24 hours before use to restore optimal tackiness.

Storage: Store rolls vertically in a dry, cool area away from direct sunlight to prevent UV degradation before application.

Industry Applications

Versatile solutions for heavy-duty sectors

This film is designed for universal palletizing across diverse industries. It is particularly effective for:

  • Construction & Building Materials: Bricks, tiles, cement bags, and lumber.
  • Food & Beverage: Canned goods, bottled water, and cold storage items.
  • Logistics & Warehousing: General carton boxes and distribution centers.
  • Chemicals: Drums, pails, and fertilizer sacks.

Advanced Production: Controlling Quality from Resin to Roll

1. Raw Material Purity
We use 100% virgin LLDPE resins (Dow/ExxonMobil grades), ensuring consistent melt index and zero recycled impurities for maximum clarity and strength.

2. Precision Extrusion:
Our multi-layer co-extrusion lines utilize automatic thickness control (APC) to keep gauge variation below ±3%, ensuring smooth unwinding without breaks.

3. Testing & Winding:
Every batch undergoes tensile strength, impact, and pre-stretch testing. Rolls are wound with optimized tension profiles to prevent telescoping.
