Antimony Trioxide flame
retardant masterbatch PE80/PE90
PE80/ 90 is a pellet masterbatch of 80/90% antimony trioxide based on Polyethylene . and can be used for both injection moulding and extrusion (film) applications due to its outstanding dispersion .
Thanks its extremely high concentration (Sb2O3) , It can be used in many engineering compounds such as PE , PP, PS , ABS, PA, PBT , PC/ABS without problem of compatibility , and it's adaptable to automatic dosing compounding process.
PE masterbatch it's free-flowing and dust free masterbatch in pellet form which makes it easy to handle, to dose and to process more safely than traditional powder antimony trioxide . It is an alternative of antimony trioxide in most of the compounding industries, especially in EU countries , USA , Canada and Japan.

Packaging , Storage
The masterbatch is stable if maintained in the original sealed bags and under
ordinary storage conditions.
Packing:-20/25kgs Kraft paper bags with the inner of PE bag, 1000kgs on wooden
pallet with plastic-film protection.
-Or 500/1000kgs net plastic
super sack on wooden pallet with plastic-film protection.
-Or according to buyer's requirements.
