Banbury Mixing continues granulating group two stage extruder with banbury mixer

This extrusion group is for high concentration of Filler （CaCO3/BaSO4/Talcum powder, Etc.) or high concentration of black carbon or other color master batch granules making.

The machine line has two stage:

1) the first top stage is banbury mixer ( Special kneading machine), let the raw materil in the formula for pretreatment fist,  the material conveys by the spiral screw loader into the hopper, then mixing, conpoounding, after that the material drop into the 2nd grounding layer's plastic extruder;

2) the 2nd ground layer's plastic extruder will conpounding, shearing and extruding the material into the die head;

3) according the different carrier, we will equip different kind of cutting system for your machine line: strand bathing water cooled pelleting system,  hot-face cutting water ring cooled system, hot-face cutting air cooling system,  in water flashing cutting system and under water cutting system;
