The bean color sorting machine works by using a combination of cameras and air jets to separate the beans based on their color. The machine use two high-resolution cameras to take pictures of the beans as they pass through a vibrating chute. The images are then analyzed by an image processing system, which looks for differences in color, size, shape, and other characteristics. If the beans do not meet the desired criteria, an air jet is used to blow them away from the sorting line. This process is repeated until all of the beans have been sorted according to their color.
