This Machine line is for PLA and other BIO mass Degradable plastic materials to make polymer granules (Plastic particles);

L/D: 48:1, 160KW, 400rpm; 6.3L Hydraulic workstation(1.5KW)

The machine line includs:

1) With SRL-Z500/1000 high-speed mixing group;

2) Main extrusion machine with water cooling tank for barrels, vacuum system for barrels, melt pump and screen change with hydraulic workstation;

3) 500 Pelletizer special for Bio-Degradable material

4) 500 3 layers of vibrating sieve, top mesh diameter: 6mm, bottom(2 layers) hole Dia.：2mm

5) PLC+Touch screen

6) Air cooling strands belt conveying system: 24 meters controlled by inverter;

7) 500Kgs/hr output capacity of Pelletizer with the relative capacity of vibrating sieve,

The particles will be blown into the silo by high-pressure blow, (or instead of the Vacuum negative pressure suction devices).

8) automatic feeding system: equipped Vector type weight in losing devices:

two ways of granules feeding devices;
