BW-600 mud pumps for drilling rigs is a kind of multi-purpose horizontal triplex reciprocating single-acting piston pump, with four gear shifting and four traffic.
It can not only meet the requirements of a variety of new drilling techniques, but also meet the requirements of hydraulic percussion drilling, internal screw drilling, turbine drilling, common core drilling with a hole depth of 2000m or more, and non-excavation drilling rigs about 70 tons. It can also be used for grouting treatment of various soft foundations, well drilling, mountain water delivery, mine drainage, embankment grouting and other purposes.
The flushing liquor used by the pump should not contain the chemical impurity, which may corrode metal and rubber articles, meanwhile, the temperature can not exceed 50℃.
