Quartz countertops are made with crushed quartz mixed with resin, in a ratio of around 93% quartz to 7% resin. They are man-made, which means the variety of colours and patterns is endless.Because quartz is made to have little to no imperfections, it’s also less wasteful compared to natural stone countertops. The predictable nature of quartz slab fabrication means that less materials need to be scrapped due to flaws, breakage, and other issues.

Quartz is one of nature’s hardest minerals. It’s tougher than granite, and more resistant to cracks, chips, scratches and stains. Its high gloss finish and naturally non-porous composition eliminate the need for sealant while reducing the potential for bacterial growth. On the other hand, You will find it much harder to scratch Quartz countertops surfaces with any sharp object that you will typically find and use within your kitchen every day, so you never have to worry about any accidents occurring.

Production Engineering:

1. The process begin with a rigorous inspection of raw materials.

2. Feeding natural quartz raw material and polymer resins and inorganic pigments in to mixers and blending them together.

3. After stirring the mixture, then pouring them into a mold and form them into slab size.

4. Pressing: Then the slab is compacted by a special vacuum and vibration process at pressure machine.

5. The slab then moved to the curing kiln and heated for a period time which give them ultimate strength and solidity.

6. Trimming edges, leveling , thicknessing and polishing surface to perfect finished.

7.Finally, the quartz stone slabs passed through quality inspection and packed with a plastic film.
