YFL cryogenic gate valves are done with low temperature treatment from semi-finished mechanical parts to final finished whole valves to make sure the materials can meet the cryogenic working conditions and ensure the excellent sealing performance to avoid leakage of inflammable and explosive medium like LNG and LPG.

4. Sealing face overlaid with stellite 6 and PCTFE or PTFE as soft insert when extremely tight shutoff needed
5. Packing in material of PTFE and graphite as secondary packing when fire safe needed
6. All valves are degreased, cleaned and sealed completely to avoid contamination
