2. Do you offer free samples ?

 Yes, the free samples can be sent with charge collected. You can request samples via chat or email us garyguocn@outlook.com.

3. How long is the production time ?

 Generally 10-15 days for the mass production after the deposit received.

4. Do you accept the custom order ?

 Yes, the custom order is acceptable for us. And we need all the details of the packaging, if possible, pls give us the design for analyzing.

5. Can you help design the packaging?

Yes, for sure. We have our own design team for the artwork if you could give us the details. 

6. What is your company payment term?

 T/T 50% for the production in advance and the balance before the delivery.
