The test rig consists of a compressor refrigerant test loop, an assistant cooling water system and an electrical control and measurement system to maintain compressor in the specified working condition;

Compressor test loop: Refrigerant running system under test unit designed as an independent alternative refrigeration loop system. The system includes a separate test machine installation pipe, pressure regulation and temperature regulation system.

Assistant Cooling water system: The assistant cooling water system lets part of the refrigerant condensing into liquid state and cooling down the gas after expansion valve in a intercooler and control the superheating of suction gas.

A control panel, test unit power panel and auto data logging system, equipped with a special design software application, act as the top-level controller and monitor for the whole facility.
