Installation Guide

1.Grout the bolt embedded on the concrete foundation based on project solution.

2.Fix the anchor plates with embedded bolts on the concrete foundation.

3.Install the Pre-assembled Support of Front and Back Support.

4.Install Back Side Support.

5.Install Rail

6.Install Beam.

7.The installation of Beam is done

8.Fix the solar module with Inter Clamp Kit & End Clamp Kit.

9.Installation is done.

1).Delivery Terms:FOB, CNF, CIF,EXW are available.

For some countries, we can cooperate with DDP, such as Philippines, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Botswana and so on.

2).Terms of payment:Deposit before production by T/T, The balance shall be paid after inspection and before shipment.

3).Production time:Sample order normally take about 3-7days .and bulk orders usually take about 20-30 days.

Longer components of Jesfer Solar Ground Mounting Rack like solar rail, solar structure beams are loaded on pallets with 2 to 8 pieces per bundle. The sizes of cartons and pallets are always calculated according to 20ft and 40ft containers to ship by sea and by truck inland.Optionally, bulk bundles of longer components like solar rails to be loaded in containers can save some space and logistic freight.
