prime FJ door frame can be made from Radiata Pine Chinese Fir , Pinus Sylvestris , MDF or HDF.
Donglai owns 9 dry kiln with automatic steam system, two
automatic coating lines, Weinig (Germany) sixaxis plane, latest hydraulic
pressure butt joint machine. And it has been IPPC certified (heat treatment on
wood pallets are permitted to be all done in Donglai). From wood material to moulding, Donglai
main process is :pepairing-coating- sanding-fine cutting-painting. We have the
coating and drying line, heavy power sanding machine, strike and hinge
machine,spray panting machine and double endtenoner. And get the precise size
tolerance of FJ door frame mouldings as ±0.4mm with width, ±0.4mm with thinckness and ±0.79
of length. Profile and sizes are our standard or custom with MOQ one 20 FCL
