This pre-painted steel door guider roll forming machine can roll forming below design with or without strengthen rib door guiders, the raw material can be stainless steel sheet, pre-painted  sheet and galvanized sheet, and suit for 0.6-1.0mm thickness.

 After feeding table and straightening rollers, there is  hydraulic pre-cutter, because this producing line is for roll forming 0.6-1.0mm raw material thickness, if we choose manual pre-cutter, the power is too strong for workers, hydraulic type of more better for this  Pre-painted Steel Door Guider Roll Forming Machine line. 

After hydraulic pre-cutter device, it is the rib roll forming station, if the door guider needs ribs, we can adjust the upper rollers down a little by operating the hand wheel, or adjust the upper roller up to stop forming ribs. This is option working station for whole metal door guider equipment.

See the cutting blades inner edge, inside machine end is wider than outside end,  this is the special design of ours to solve door guider sample block inside cutting section.
