Factory Workshop
The production process of embossed hydrophilic spunbond non woven fabric mainly includes the following key steps:
1. Raw material preparation and melt spinning: Polypropylene and other polymers are selected as raw materials and melted into melt at high temperature through a screw extruder.
2. Fiber formation and airflow stretching: The melt is formed into fibers through the spinning head and stretched by high-speed airflow to improve the strength and orientation of the fibers.
3. Fiber web formation and laying: The stretched fibers are processed by filament separation and evenly laid on the web curtain to form a fiber web.
4. Fiber web reinforcement and shaping: The fiber web is reinforced and fixed by processes such as spunbonding, and a unique pearl dot pattern is formed at the same time.
5. Winding and packaging: Finally, the non-woven fabric after reinforcement and fixing is wound, slit, weighed and packaged to become a finished product.
