I Shaped Fluid End Module

Our fluid end modules are completely interchangeable with the OEM, such as National, Emsco, Gardner Denver, BOMCO, etc.

For regular 5000 psi applications of mud pump, I Shaped module, also known as "valve over valve" type module is the choice. The module blank is made from high quality forged alloy steel, typically 35CrMo (AISI 4135), then hardened and tempered to ensure enhanced plasticity and toughness, machined in vertical lathes under API 7K certificates. 

L Shaped Fluid End Module

As for design pressure up to 7,500 psi, we offer two piece “L” shaped fluid ends modules.

The two-piece fluid end modules permit quick removal and installation. 

The L-shaped two-piece fluid end was adopted into the market, because it was an obvious improvement over I shaped modules. Since the suction module is separate from the discharge module, it is convenient to replace the suction module when it wears out instead of replacing the entire fluid end.
