The plant is being upgraded. The customer has invested in an ABB AC800 system. There is
however a number of TyrakL and S400 IO units in the plant that the customer is going to
keep. TyrakL and S400 IO is communicating via MasterFieldBus. Since AC800 has no
MasterFieldBus interface we need a converter to provide that interface.
The solution is the Protocol Converter PE1354D from Processelektronik AB.
