EK6 series steel bevel gear mechanism is the transmission device between the operating mechanism and the switch. It is used to operate V-shaped shafts(e.g., JNH1,JNH4,JN15 and EK6 earthing switches,C3 load switch.) This series of mechanism designed by our company consists of milled steel bevel gear (with color zinc plating on the surface). shaft sleeve, cast steel gear stand, etc., with such advantages as high strength, stable operation and no twisting of bevel gear. 

The inner bore is matched with the 90° V-shaped shaft (30 or 25), with good interchange ability. Each set of product has to go through strict load test prior to delivery, thus to ensure reliable quality. The following different types are designed according to different application occasions, for selection by switchgear manufacturers.
