SS Nonwoven 25gsm, Elastic film 50gsm, SS Nonwoven 25gsm
Lamination method: Heat seal, no glue used.
The advantages of elastic ear as below,
Higher strength, when actually using, GL100 breaking force will be over 40N, while other brand is just around 32N, which will be much safer during wearing.
Higher elongation, GL100 elongation is 100%, while other brand is just 70% - 90%, which means we have a better elasticity.
Smooth surface, but still soft, when folding to hook, fiber will not be torn out.
Eco friendly, most brand use glue for lamination, we only use heat lamination, which is good to both environment and baby’s health.
