Difference between OEM and ODM

OEM is the abbreviation of English original equipment manufacturer, also known as fixed-point production, commonly known as OEM (production). The basic meaning is that brand producers do not directly produce products, but use their own key core technologies to design and develop new products and control sales channels.
ODM is the abbreviation of English original design manufacturer. ODM refers to that after a manufacturer designs a product, it may be favored by other enterprises in some cases, requiring the latter's brand name for production, or slightly modifying the design for production. Among them, the manufacturer undertaking design and manufacturing business is called ODM manufacturer, and its products are ODM products
