Core Product Characteristics

Manufactured using state-of-the-art three-layer co-extrusion blown film technology, this product features a precision temperature control system and online gauge measurement. This ensures a thickness tolerance within ≤±5%, guaranteeing consistent tensile strength and adhesion across the entire roll.

During the melting phase, high-shear compounding technology creates a homogeneous blend of additives and the polyethylene base, significantly enhancing toughness and puncture resistance. The surface is treated with a specialized plasma modification process (Corona treatment) to optimize self-adhesion without leaving adhesive residue, meeting the stringent standards of high-cleanliness industries. Finished rolls are wound using constant tension control to prevent telescoping or deformation, ensuring smooth runnability in downstream applications.
