one and a half months to make cooked meat. The longer the time, the fuller the
flavor and the better the taste.
Usage:First, the beef cabinet is pre-cooled to reach a certain temperature, and then cold fresh beef is put into the cabinet. Under certain conditions, the beef itself slowly improves its quality during the passage of time during the sterilization and acid removal process.
