Main Stacking Machine (double functions):
Function One: The walking clamp utilizes the same guide track as the pusher. The walking clamp can move directly to the bricks/blocks-pallet separation point. After the clamping head lifting device uses a lifting cylinder to descend and clamp the bricks/blocks, the walking clamp moves above the palletizing turntable to stack them into a pallet layer by layer.
Function Two: The pusher pushes the bricks/blocks off the pallet and onto the sorting belt. The sorting belt uses a servo motor to drive the roller rotation belt transmission, positioning the bricks correctly. Then, the walking clamp moves to the designated position above the sorting belt. After the clamping head lifting device uses a lifting cylinder to descend and clamp the bricks, it lifts slightly, and the walking clamp moves above the palletizing turntable to stack them into a pallet layer by layer. After forming a pallet, it descends to the bottom, and rollers send out the stacked brick pallet for horizontal and vertical strapping and packaging with PET plastic steel belts.
