Gas lift refers to the spontaneous blowout of the oil well when the energy provided by the formation is insufficient to lift the crude oil from the bottom of the well to the surface. In order to make oil wells continue to produce oil, it is a method of oil extraction in which natural gas (natural gas or air) is artificially forced into the bottom of the well and crude oil is ejected from the ground. Gas lift is divided into continuous gas lift and intermittent gas lift. Continuous gas lift is the continuous injection of high-pressure gas into the well to discharge the liquid in the wellbore. Intermittent gas lift refers to periodically injecting gas into the wellbore during the process of stopping the injection, pushing the reservoir fluid accumulated in the wellbore to the surface, thereby expelling the liquid in the wellbore. It is mainly used for oil wells with poor reservoir supply capacity and low output.
