Working description
This machine is controlled by PLC touch screen, loading by manual, set the cutting length, and feeding speed and cutting speed, the stepping motor push glass tube, then cutting motor work. Under the combinied action of cylinder and V groove, the cutting motor is close to the outer circle of glass, the edge of the knife is constantly pressing,realize efficient cutting of glass tube.
The cutter moving directions parallel to fixed shaft of glass tube, cutter moving speed is adjustable. High cutting accuracy and easy to operation, incision smooth and there is no jagged edge.
