Color Sorting Machine Working Principle
The long-grain rice color sorter works by using a combination of cameras and light sensors to detect the color of each grain of rice. The camera takes an image of each grain and sends it to the processor. The processor then compares the image to a reference library of colors, and if it finds a match, it sends a signal to the sorting mechanism which sorts the grain into its appropriate bin.
