Note:

Dehumidification unit is composed of primary effect filter section, front stage surface cooling section, runner dehumidification section, rear surface cooling section, blower section, regeneration system, control system and refrigeration system.

 

Configuration features:

The low humidity runner dehumidification unit is composed of primary efficiency filter section, fresh air surface cooling section, front surface cooling section, runner dehumidification section, intermediate fan section, mixed air section, rear stage runner dehumidification section, rear surface cooling section, blower section, medium efficiency filter section, regeneration system and control part. The structural features are as follows:

.Unit structure

The unit adopts industrial design frame structure, which has the following characteristics:

1) The frame is made of high-quality profiles, with hardened and worn surface, excellent mechanical strength, accurate size, beautiful appearance and light weight. The anodized protective film on the surface layer makes its appearance better and more corrosion-resistant.

2) Composite structure, no cold bridge design, excellent thermal insulation performance, good air tightness. At the same time, rubber and plastic insulation materials are pasted on the inner side of the frame to further prevent cold bridge.

3) The framework of the whole unit adopts the modular design of international manifold, with flexible structure and convenient maintenance and disassembly; especially for large and super large unit structure, it is easy to assemble on site.

 

Fan and motor

1) Fans and motors are all world famous and excellent products that meet strict quality standards. The fan adopts well-known brand, which is double inlet centrifugal fan and backward inclined centrifugal fan, all of which have passed strict and professional dynamic and static balance test. And through the selection of professional fan application software, to obtain the best fan working characteristics and efficiency.

2) The motor is air-cooled fully enclosed asynchronous motor with class F insulation and standard power supply: 380V / 3 Φ / 50Hz.

3) The fan and motor components of the unit are equipped with unique damping devices. The air outlet of the fan and the cabinet are connected flexibly, so that the vibration and noise of the whole unit are reduced to the lowest level, so as to meet the use requirements of various high-level industrial and commercial occasions.


3. Dry water pan

There is a specially designed stainless steel "dry water pan" in the front surface cooling section to drain the condensate, which can drain the condensate in time and has a built-in differential pressure bend.

 

4. Coil

All coils are specially designed with computer software according to the requirements of users and actual needs, so as to ensure that our coils can meet the requirements of users' working conditions to the greatest extent. The coil structure is seamless copper tube expansion corrugated aluminum fins, the copper tubes are arranged in a staggered way, with the corrugated design of aluminum fins, so as to ensure the coil has high heat transfer performance and bottom air resistance, and can meet the needs of large-scale cooling and heating. Many different design schemes of pipeline circulation are enough to provide users with the best flow velocity and reasonable water resistance. All coils have been tested at 2.5MPa. 


5. Filter

The standard filter of the unit is AAF plate folded primary effect filter, or heat bonded chemical fiber filter material, with the filtration efficiency of G4 (80-90% weight counting efficiency); the medium effect filter adopts F6 bag type non-woven fabric, the regeneration air inlet adopts stainless steel filter screen, with long service life and can be cleaned repeatedly. The unit is equipped with an easy to open access door at the filter position for the inspection and replacement of the filter; all the filter steel is installed on the sliding groove for easy removal


6. Wheel dehumidification section

① The key part of dehumidification adopts the pflue silica gel wheel imported from Sweden, with the glue loading rate of more than 82%, which is suitable for the occasion of high humidity; the honeycomb carrier is ceramic fiber, which has good water resistance and fire resistance; the temperature absorbent is made of chemical synthesis, strong, with large moisture absorption capacity, deep moisture absorption depth, good combination strength of the moisture absorbent and the fiber, and can be washed with water, which has a long service life For more than ten years.

② The unique wheel drive structure, self tension device and contact sealing system ensure the effective and reliable operation of the wheel. The bypass device can be selected to increase the total air volume of the system and reduce the unit volume.


7. Unit frame

The aluminum alloy frame is made of high-quality aluminum alloy. The surface is hardened and abraded. It has excellent mechanical strength, accurate size, beautiful appearance and light weight. The anodized protective film on the surface of aluminum makes its appearance better and more corrosion-resistant. The patented composite structure of aluminum alloy frame, the inner and outer two sections of aluminum are connected by ABS plastic strip, without cold bridge design, with excellent thermal insulation performance and good air tightness. At the same time, rubber and plastic insulation materials are pasted on the inner side of aluminum alloy to further prevent cold bridge.

8. Double Deck Panel

The standard unit panel is a double-layer surface, which has the following structural features:

① The outer plate is made of high-quality steel plate, and is made of multiple treatment and baking paint. The inner plate of the bottom plate is made of stainless steel plate to prevent bacteria growth and meet the purification requirements.

② The thermal insulation material in the middle of the inner and outer panels is the high-pressure foaming rigid polyurethane thermal insulation material made by imported equipment from Italy. Its sound insulation and thermal insulation performance are higher than that of the general thermal insulation material, which is not easy to deteriorate after years of use. The double-layer plate of this structure has the best performance in heat preservation, fire prevention, strength, rigidity, cleanliness and sound insulation, and there is no condensation phenomenon in the shell when it is used in various working conditions.

 

9. Unit control system

The unit is equipped with local control, fully considering the runner stop, regeneration over temperature, fan overload, phase loss leakage protection and abnormal alarm, simple operation, safe and reliable. (at the same time, the unit can provide remote monitoring fault and start passive contact interface to upload DCS remote testing system)The operation data of the whole drying system can be uploaded to the remote computer through the RS-485 operation interface in PLC for monitoring.) All kinds of performance parameters and state parameters of indoor and outdoor points can be queried and set on the upper computer. The electrical components are Siemens, Schneider and other famous brands. Set up control, measurement, signal, protection, regulation and other functions.

There is a specially designed stainless steel "water collecting tray" in the front surface cooling section to discharge the condensate, which can discharge the condensate in time and is equipped with a one-way valve. In this way, the user can no longer make a separate drainage bend.

 

12. Sealing Strip:

Adopt four high-quality spherical Viton seals, and pre tight installation to improve the sealing performance. The seal of runner section divides the air flow into treatment air flow and regeneration air flow. When the pressure difference between two sides reaches 1200-1500pa, the seal can still seal the air and wet air in the middle compartment well.

 

13. Regeneration Part:

Regeneration heating quadruple protection (regeneration heating overtemperature protection, regeneration air overtemperature protection, runner overtemperature protection, regeneration heating box overtemperature protection), regeneration fan is interlocked with electric heating, so as to prevent the unit from burning due to sudden power failure and large amount of heat storage in the box.

14.Electrical Components:

Siemens, Schneider and other famous brands are adopted. Set up control, measurement, signal, protection, regulation and other functions.

 

15. Differential Pressure Gauge:

The pointer type differential pressure gauge is easy to read data, which meets the requirements of GMP environmental certification. The liquid column differential pressure gauge does not meet the requirements of GMP environmental certification.
