Color Sorting Machine Working Principle

CCD rice color sorter works by using a high-resolution CCD camera to capture images of the rice. The camera is connected to a computer which processes the images and identifies the different colors in the rice. The computer then sends a signal to an air jet system which ejects any grains that do not match the desired color. This process is repeated until all of the grains have been sorted according to their color.
