Nano palladium has high surface activity and has been widely used in microelectronic materials, such as thick film paste of electronic industry, preparation of thick film silver-palladium conductor paste, and internal and external electrode materials of multilayer ceramic capacitor.
Application of nano palladium powder:
1. Nano palladium powder is mainly used in automobile exhaust gas treatment, and its consumption accounts for about half of the total global mining. The pollutants contained in automobile exhaust include carbon monoxide, nitrogen oxides, hydrocarbons, etc., which can cause acid rain, destroy the ozone layer and cause smoke. Before the exhaust gas is discharged, it will be converted into carbon dioxide, nitrogen and water vapor which are harmful to the environment through a catalytic converter composed of Pt-Rh-Pd, and the conversion rate is as high as 90%.
2. Hydrogen storage materials and catalytic fields. Nano-palladium catalysts also have important applications in the petroleum refining industry. Palladium catalysts are used in the hydrocracking process of petroleum during crude oil refining.
3. Applied to the thick film paste of the electronics industry, the preparation of thick film silver palladium conductor paste.
4. Multi-layer ceramic capacitor internal and external electrode materials, fuel cell catalytic electrode
Storage conditions:
nano palladium powder should be sealed and stored in a dry and cool environment. It should not be exposed to the air for a long time, to prevent agglomeration due to moisture, affecting the dispersion performance and use effect, and should avoid heavy pressure, do not contact with oxidant, and transport according to ordinary goods.
