Step 1: Can arranging and sterilization by UV sterilizer;

Step 2: Auger feeder to convey the powder onto the auger filler

Step 3: Auger filler to weigh and fill the powder into the containers 

Step 4: Auto Vacuum and nitrogen sealer will complete vacuuming, nitrogen filling, and sealing at the same time within the vacuum chamber (can be only vacuuming and sealing, or only sealing depending on customer's requirements)

Step 5: Auto press the plastic lid onto the containers

Step 6: Auto labeling the containers one by one

Step 7: Can collector to collect all the containers after packaging.

1.Filling motor can be a stepper motor or servo motor with index plate positioning system, touch panels increases the filling accuracy and speed.

2.Photoelectric sensor induction signal filling material, can also be optional foot switch signal.

3.The filling motor speed can be adjustable, to meet the requirements of various materials.

4.It could be customized to a single head or double head according to the packing requirements of the clients.

5. Screw measuring machine can finish filling, measuring, suitable for packing fine powder, small granule

6. there ishorizontaloutlet for hopper, easy for cleaning, the part of the touch material is f 304 stainless steel, andconvenient change screw for different material.
