The safety-related F2 DO 16 02 remote I/O is a compact system located in a metalenclosure with 16 safety-related relay outputs.
The remote I/O serves as extension of the I/O level of HIMax and HIMatrix controllers, andis connected to them via safeethernet. The remote I/O itself is not able to run a userprogram.
The remote I/O is equipped with safety-related relay outputs. These outputs are safelyassigned their values by the connected controller via safeethernet.
