The FS-TPSU-2430 is a 24V→30V DC/DC module in Honeywell's Safety Manager series, designed to provide regulated and isolated power for Safety Instrumented Systems (SIS) and critical control loops. ü Insert FS-TPSU-2430: slide in until “click”; PCB version needs 10 mm stand-off for airflow.
ü Power-up: green LED steady = OK; red blink = under-voltage (<18 V) or overload.
